- Education: FSc (Pre-Engineering) or DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom
- Experience: Field experience is a plus; retired army personnel with technical skills can apply

- Fitness: Must be able to do technical work
2. Driver (BPS-4)
- Education: Matric
- Experience: Driving experience preferred; retired army personnel can apply
- License: Valid LTV or HTV required

- Fitness: Must be able to drive safely
3. Lineman (BPS-4)
- Education: Matric
- Experience: Lineman experience preferred; retired army personnel can apply
- Fitness: Must be active and able to climb poles

- Test: Must pass a physical test
