Eligibility Criteria
1. Control Room Technicians (G-05)
- DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics
- Preferably retired from Pakistan Army Signals Corps
- At least 5 years’ experience in control room operations or CCTV monitoring
2. Supervisor (Security) (G-05)
- Retired SSG soldiers with experience in security and emergency response
- Must have completed Commando Course
- At least 7 years of SSG service
3. Assistant Supervisor (Security) (G-03)
- Retired NCOs/SSG soldiers with experience in security and emergency response
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations, preferably in industrial areas
4. Driver (G-02)
- Minimum education: Middle, preferably Matric
- Valid driving license with at least 3 years of experience
- Physically and mentally fit
- Experience in public sector preferred
5. Sewerman (G-02)
- Practical experience in sewage or drainage maintenance
- Physically fit for field work
6. Manager Procurement (G-08)
- Master’s degree in Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or Law
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in relevant work, including 3 years in public procurement
- Certifications preferred: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Microsoft/AWS Certified
7. Assistant Manager IT (G-06)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in programming, web development, or graphic design
- Skills required: Python, Java, C#, .NET, PHP, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Knowledge of UI/UX, Git, REST APIs, Agile/Scrum
- Preferred certifications: Azure Developer, Google Mobile Web Specialist, Python PCAP, Adobe Certified Expert
8. Assistant Manager Procurement (G-06)
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Contract Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or Law
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, contracts, or bids management
- Experience in public procurement and EPADS preferred
