FIA Jobs 2026 Overview
The recruitment process is being conducted through the official testing portal of National Police Foundation Testing and Assessment Service. Applications are invited for multiple positions ranging from BS-04 to BS-15.
These jobs are suitable for candidates having qualifications from Primary to Bachelor’s degree level. Some posts also require typing speed, shorthand, IT skills, driving licenses, or physical fitness.

Assistant (BS-15)
A total of 21 posts have been announced for Assistant (BS-15). Candidates must have a graduation degree from an HEC-recognized university.
The age limit for this post is 18 to 28 years, including general age relaxation. Selected candidates will also have to complete a six-week IT training course conducted by NITB within one year of appointment.
Sub-Inspector (BS-14)
There are 94 vacancies available for Sub-Inspector. Applicants must have a second division or Grade C Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
For this post, physical requirements are also important. Male candidates must have a minimum height of 5 feet 6 inches and female candidates must have a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches. Male applicants must also meet the chest requirement of 33 to 34.5 inches.
The age limit is 18 to 25 years with a 5-year general age relaxation.
Stenotypist (BS-14)
A total of 47 posts are available for Stenotypist. Applicants should have Intermediate education along with shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Candidates must also be computer literate. This is a good opportunity for those who already have office and typing experience.
UDC and LDC Jobs in FIA
For UDC (BS-13), there are 29 vacancies. Applicants need Intermediate qualification for this post.
For LDC (BS-11), FIA has announced 64 vacancies. Applicants must have Matric qualification with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Selected candidates for both UDC and LDC will be required to complete a three-week IT training course through NITB.
Assistant Sub-Inspector ASI (BS-09)
FIA has announced 117 posts for Assistant Sub-Inspector. Applicants need a second division or Grade C Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
The age limit is 18 to 25 years with general age relaxation. Physical standards are also required for this post.
Male candidates must have a height of 5 feet 6 inches, while female candidates must have a height of 5 feet 4 inches. Male applicants must also meet the required chest measurement.
Constable (BS-05)
The largest number of vacancies has been announced for Constable (BS-05), with a total of 941 posts available.
Applicants must have Matric with second division from a recognized board. The age limit is 18 to 25 years with general age relaxation.
Physical fitness is compulsory for this post. Candidates should carefully review the height, chest, and endurance test requirements before applying.
Constable Driver (BS-05)
There are 39 vacancies for Constable Driver. Applicants must have Matric qualification along with a valid motorcycle and LTV driving license issued by any licensing authority in Pakistan.
Candidates should also have experience in driving cars and light vehicles. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance will be considered an additional advantage.
Staff Car Driver (BS-04)
FIA has announced 42 vacancies for Staff Car Driver. Candidates need Primary education along with a valid motor car driving license.
Applicants must be familiar with traffic rules and should be capable of driving official vehicles responsibly.

FIA Physical and Endurance Test Details
Candidates applying for posts like Sub-Inspector, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and Constable Driver will first appear in physical measurement and endurance tests.
Male candidates must complete a one-mile run in 7 minutes, while female candidates must complete the same distance in 10 minutes.
Only those candidates who pass the physical and endurance test will be allowed to appear in the written examination.
Important FIA Recruitment Conditions
Candidates must possess the required qualification, age, and experience on 4th May 2026.
Applicants already working in government departments should apply through the proper channel and must provide an NOC at the time of interview.
All candidates must bring original educational documents, CNIC, domicile certificate, and attested copies at the interview stage.
Any fake information or forged documents will lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.
Passing one stage of recruitment does not guarantee final selection. Candidates must pass every stage including physical tests, written examination, skill tests, interviews, and medical examination.
No TA or DA will be provided for any stage of the recruitment process.
FIA Written Test and Roll Number Slip
Candidates will receive updates through SMS, email, and the online portal. Separate roll number slips will be issued for each stage of the recruitment process.
No candidate will be allowed to appear in any test or interview without the original CNIC or passport and roll number slip.

Every applicant must pay a processing fee of Rs. 2000 per post.
