Available Positions at ZTBL
1. Head Business Department – SVP-I/SVP (01 Post)
- Experience: At least 12 years in Islamic Banking.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (National/International).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Market Islamic Banking products and achieve business KPIs.
- Implement business development plans for customer growth and revenue.
- Conduct gap analysis for branches and windows.
- Ensure delivery of quality services aligned with regulations.
- Promote ZTBL Islamic Banking brand awareness.
2. Islamic Banking Operations – VP-I/VP (01 Post)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Islamic Banking.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review compliance, audit, and Shariah observations and implement controls.
- Manage branch/window operations (openings, closures, relocations).
- Coordinate with Regional and Branch Management for IB operations.
- Support capacity building for Islamic Banking.
3. Manager Islamic Banking Finance – VP-I/VP (01 Post)
- Experience: At least 10 years in Islamic Banking.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Islamic Banking financial statements and reports.
- Manage pools, P&L distribution, and fund transfers.
- Ensure accurate accounting of deposits, assets, and liabilities.
- Monitor Islamic Banking Division’s financial affairs.
4. Shariah Scholar / Product & Policy Management – AVP-I/AVP (01 Post)
- Experience: At least 8 years in Islamic Banking, Finance, or Fiqh ul Muamalat (teaching/research included).
- Qualification:
- Option 1: Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah (Dars-e-Nizami) + Bachelor’s degree.
- Option 2: Postgraduate degree in Shariah, Usooluddin, or LLM (Shariah).
- Preference for candidates with Takhassus fil Fiqh/Ifta.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Shariah compliance of products, policies, and manuals.
- Review and analyze Islamic Banking products.
- Coordinate with Shariah Board and SBP for approvals.
- Conduct research and development for Shariah-based banking solutions.
5. Head Planning & Research Department – VP/SVP-I (01 Post)
- Experience: At least 10 years in banking/financial institutions.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic research studies and policy papers.
- Work on agriculture, food security, and climate-smart initiatives.
- Prepare annual reports, business plans, and policy briefs.
- Build linkages with academia and research institutions.
6. Head Coordination & Lease Unit – AVP-I/AVP (01 Post)
- Experience: At least 8 years in banks/financial institutions.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance of audit reports and complaints (SBP, PM portal).
- Oversee branch relocations, rentals, and space utilization.
- Maintain employee housing records and ERP system data.
- Handle CAPEX/OPEX budget utilization.
7. Officer – Coordination & Lease Unit – OG-I (01 Post)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banks/financial institutions.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housing, flat allotments, and retired employees’ benefits.
- Oversee rental payments, utility bills, and record keeping.
- Prepare policies, SOPs, and staff record management.
- Support branch relocation and facilities management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Maximum Age Limits:
- VP-I/VP/SVP-I/SVP: 55 years
- AVP-I/AVP: 45 years
- OG-I: 40 years
- Skills Required: Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
