Job Responsibilities

  • General Manager (Accounts & Finance): Provide strategic financial leadership, ensure compliance, oversee accounting, corporate finance, taxation, budgeting, and financial risk management.
  • Deputy General Manager (A&F): Assist GM in managing accounting, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and reporting functions.
  • Manager (A&F): Oversee financial management, treasury, budgeting, and statutory compliance with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Assistant Manager (A&F): Support financial reporting, compliance, and record maintenance.
  • Deputy General Manager (Real Estate): Manage PIAHCL’s commercial property portfolio, leasing, auctions, title regularization, and third-party services.
  • Manager (Real Estate): Operational management of property leasing, rentals, auctions, and compliance.
  • Assistant Manager (Real Estate): Support leasing, tenant management, property transfers, and compliance.
  • Deputy GM/Manager (Pension & Retirement Benefits): Oversee pension disbursements, medical benefits, and insurance arrangements.
  • Assistant Manager (P&RB): Maintain pensioner records, coordinate with banks, and support insurance claim processing.
  • Deputy General Manager (Legal, Corporate Affairs & Compliance): Provide legal advisory, corporate governance, and compliance functions in line with Companies Act 2017 and SOE Act 2023.

Eligibility Criteria

Education Requirements

  • Finance & Accounts: CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or Master’s in Finance/Accounting (HEC-recognized).
  • Real Estate/Property Management: 16 years of education in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Economics. Certifications in property management preferred.
  • Pension & Retirement Benefits: CA, ACCA, CFA, MBA/MPA, or Master’s in Finance/HR/Public Administration. Certifications in Pension/Insurance preferred.
  • Legal Affairs: LLB/LLM/Bar at Law (HEC recognized). Certification in Corporate Governance/Company Secretarial (ICSP/ICSA) preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • GM (A&F): 15+ years (5 years in senior leadership role).
  • DGM (A&F): 10+ years (5 years in managerial role).
  • Manager (A&F): 7+ years (3 years managerial experience).
  • AM (A&F): 3+ years in a corporate entity.
  • DGM (Real Estate): 12+ years (5 years in senior management, property portfolio management).
  • Manager (Real Estate): 8+ years (3 years in property management, auctions, leasing).
  • AM (Real Estate): 5+ years (property management, leasing, facilities management).
  • DGM/Manager (P&RB): 12 years (DGM) or 9 years (Manager) in pensions/insurance/HR operations.
  • AM (P&RB): 5+ years in pensions/insurance claims/HR operations.
  • DGM (Legal & Compliance): 10+ years (5 years in legal/compliance/corporate governance).

General Conditions

  • All positions are based in Islamabad.
