📘 Eligibility Criteria – Qualifications & Experience
1️⃣ Project Manager (PPS-09)
- Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, HR, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or IT.
- Certifications Preferred: CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, GDPR.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years professional experience with 4+ years managing capacity-building projects for IT firms. Preference for candidates with experience in PSDP/ADP or other government-funded initiatives.
2️⃣ Assistant Manager (Monitoring & Evaluation) – PPS-08
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Project Management, IT, HR, or Business disciplines.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in project monitoring and evaluation, especially within PSDP projects.
3️⃣ Project Officer (PPS-08)
- Qualification: 16 years of education in Management Sciences, IT, or related fields from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Experience: 4 years in HR development or project management. Experience in capacity-building programs and preference for those with public sector exposure.
4️⃣ Finance Manager (PPS-09)
- Qualification: MBA (Finance), ICMA, ACCA, or equivalent from HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: At least 8 years in managing finance/accounts operations. Must have expertise in bill processing, reconciliations, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis. International finance certifications will be a plus.
