Job Requirements
- Qualification: No formal education required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Skills:
Applicants should have prior workshop experience. Skills may include:- Workshop machinery handling
- Welding
- Lathe machine operation
- Part assembly
- CNC operations
- Age Limit: 23 to 35 years
- Gender: Male candidates only
Salary & Benefits
- Starting Salary: €840 per month (initial).
- Salary will be reviewed after 6 months and may be increased depending on performance and experience.
- Salary Transfer: Directly to candidate’s Greek bank account.
Deductions & Expenses
- Visa & Airfare: To be covered by the applicant.
- Work Permit Documentation: Within 6 months of arrival, candidates must finalize work permit documentation in Greece through a local lawyer. The cost is approximately €450-600.
Terms & Conditions
- Contract Type: Indefinite employment contract
- Probation Period: 1 month
- Accommodation: Not guaranteed for single employees. For multiple employees, group accommodation and transport may be arranged.
- Assistance: A Pakistani employee already working with the company will help newcomers with accommodation contacts.
- Overtime: Available if required
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
- Leave & Indemnity: As per Greek labor law
- Medical Insurance: Yes
- Accidental Coverage: Provided during working hours through Greek insurance
