Located in Karachi, Pakistan Marine Academy is the only national institution that provides pre-sea training to cadets for the Merchant Navy. It is affiliated with NED University of Engineering & Technology, offering a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies along with professional certification approved by the Pakistan Maritime Affairs Ministry.

🧾 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Gender: Male citizens of Pakistan
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 17 years
- Maximum: 21 years as of December 31, 2025
- (Age limit is relaxable for FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, and AJK candidates by 1 year)
- Qualification:
- F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent with at least 55% marks
- Marital Status: Unmarried
- Physical Fitness:
- Minimum height: 5’4”
- Eyesight: 6/6 (No color blindness)
- Candidates must clear the Preliminary Entrance Test (PET) and Medical Examination conducted at authorized hospitals.

Candidates will go through the following selection stages:
- Written Entry Test
- Date: August 31, 2025 (Sunday)
- Based on F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English
- PET (Physical Efficiency Test)
- Conducted after written test
- Medical Examination
- At designated military or government hospitals
- Final Interview & Merit List
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via official communication
