Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical).
- Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on maintenance experience in retail, commercial, or industrial environments.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, independently managing maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities for store facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and more.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for all maintenance-related requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and equipment status reports.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues or potential hazards within store premises.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and other resources for smooth operations.
- Lead and manage maintenance staff by assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Maintain cost-effective maintenance operations within the allocated budget.
