Educational & Experience Requirements
The required qualifications vary according to the post:
For Administrative Posts (BPS-14 & BPS-12)
- Office Superintendent / Accountant / Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant office administration or accounting experience in a recognized institution.
- Computer Operator
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- One-year diploma in Computer Science / IT from a recognized institute OR
DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Computer Science / IT. - Minimum typing speed: 60 words per minute in English.
- Assistant Computer Operator
- Intermediate with a one-year diploma in Computer Science / IT.
- Typing proficiency in both English and Urdu (minimum speed: 60 words per minute).
For Technical & Skilled Posts
- Electrician
- Matriculation with a recognized electrician trade certificate.
- Relevant work experience preferred.
- Technician (Electronics)
- Matriculation with a diploma in Electronics from a recognized institute.
For Clerical Posts
- Clerk / Typist
- Intermediate qualification.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute in English and Urdu.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications preferred.
For Driving & Support Staff
- Driver
- Matriculation pass.
- Valid LTV/HTV driving license.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Mali, Sweeper
- Primary / Middle pass.
- Must be literate and physically fit.
- Relevant work experience will be given preference.
General Terms & Conditions
- Candidates must submit attested copies of all educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-size photographs with their application.
- Applicant must possess a local domicile of the Zhob Division.
- Age limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years (with relaxation as per Government of Balochistan rules).
