1. Deputy Manager (Design-E&I)
- Max Age: 45 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in designing electrical systems, instrumentation for heavy machinery
- Hands-on experience in E&I design, PLC systems, control panels, industrial sensors, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Paladin Design, and Bentley Electrical Module is a must.
2. Deputy Manager (Logistics)
- Max Age: 40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
- BE (Mechanical) with Certification/Diploma in Logistics/SCM will also be considered
- 6-8 years of logistics management experience in a public sector or large manufacturing industry is preferred.
3. Assistant Manager (Design-R&D)
- Max Age: 40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in R&D related to heavy machinery, reverse engineering, and materials standards
- Experience in innovation and development of new products and engineering solutions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, SOLIDWORKS, 3D scanning, and 3D printing is a plus.
4. Assistant Manager (Design-Structure / Transmission Line Towers)
- Max Age: 40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in designing steel structures or transmission line towers
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, TEKLA Structure, PLS Tower, and other relevant software.
5. Assistant Manager (Contracts)
- Max Age: 40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, or related fields
- Certification/Diploma in Contract Management is preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and procurement documents.
6. Assistant Manager (Foundry & Forge)
- Max Age: 40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering
- Expertise in technical drawings and minimum 4-5 years of experience in moulding/pattern making techniques is required.
7. Assistant Manager (Mechanical Works)

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience in fabrication, machining, and assembly in steel manufacturing.
8. Supervisors (Tech)

- Qualifications & Experience:
- FSc (Pre-Engineering) / DAE (Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Mechatronics) from an HEC-recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in large industrial setups.
9. Supervisor (Logistics)
- Max Age: 40 years
- Qualifications & Experience:
- DAE (Mechanical) or retired Army JCO/NCO (SMT) with logistics/transportation experience
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a steel manufacturing setup.
