Relationship Manager – Aitemaad Islamic Banking (OG-II)

Eligibility Criteria

Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Commerce degree, Islamic Banking qualification, diploma, or related specialization.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 28 years (as of the last date of application submission).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Relationship Management within branch banking.

Key Responsibilities

The selected Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets for account opening, deposit generation, retention, and consumer financing (e.g., Mortgage, Auto Finance).
  • Activating dormant accounts, promoting digital banking channels (Apps, ATMs), and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling banking products to maximize customer value.
  • Conducting daily customer visits and participating in market outreach programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all banking laws, SOPs, and Shariah principles.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory/audit requirements are fully met.
  • Handling customer queries efficiently to deliver exceptional service.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Knowledge of banking products, Islamic banking practices, and regulatory procedures.
