– Temporary Teaching Vacancies (Phase-III Recruitment Policy 2024)
The School Education Department, Government of Balochistan, has announced temporary teaching vacancies (BPS-14 & BPS-15) under the approved Recruitment Policy 2024 (Phase-III). Applications are invited from local domicile holders of District Usta Muhammad for appointment on a contract/temporary basis.

Required Qualifications
- EST / JET / JVT:
- 4-year BS (Education) / B.Ed. (Hons) from an HEC-recognized university OR
- Graduation with B.Ed. (Education).
- JET (Technical):
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical subject from an HEC-recognized institution.
- JAT (Arabic Teacher):
- Shahadat-ul-Aaliya / ATTC / Dars-e-Nizami or equivalent religious qualification recognized by HEC.
- PET (Physical Education Teacher):
- Graduation with Diploma in Physical Education (1-year) from a recognized institution.
- DM (Drawing Master):
- Graduation with Drawing Certificate / Diploma from a recognized institute.
- MQ (Muallim-ul-Quran):
- Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies OR equivalent degree from Wafaq-ul-Madaris / Tanzeem-ul-Madaris.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must hold local domicile of District Usta Muhammad.
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
- Education: Minimum Graduation as per post requirements.
- Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel.
- Quota: 5% reserved for minorities, 5% reserved for disabled persons as per government policy.
- Preference: Candidates with professional qualifications will be prioritized. Where unavailable, other applicants may be considered.
Important Instructions
- Recruitment will be carried out strictly under the Recruitment Policy 2024 (Temporary Appointments) approved by the Government of Balochistan.
- All appointments will be temporary for 18 months, extendable based on performance.
- No test or interview will be conducted; merit list will be prepared on academic marks only:
- Matriculation – 33% weightage
- Intermediate – 33% weightage
- Graduation – 34% weightage
- Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in merit calculation to qualify.
- Married female applicants must apply on the basis of their husband’s domicile only (not father’s). NADRA-issued marriage certificate will be required.
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Disabled candidates must provide a valid disability certificate issued by the Social Welfare Department.
