The Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has announced multiple vacancies for the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Chief Minister Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program. The PMU will support PHEC’s HRD Department in implementation, coordination, fund management, and monitoring of the program.
These positions are purely on a project basis, post-specific, and non-transferable. Applications are invited from qualified, dynamic, and dedicated professionals holding domicile of Punjab.

Application Process

- The last date to apply online is 23rd September 2025.
- A duly signed hard copy of the online application form, along with all required documents, must reach Punjab HEC office by 24th September 2025 (05:00 PM) through registered courier/post only.
- Applications will only be processed after submission of the application fee:
- Rs. 1500/- for Sr. No. 1–3
- Rs. 1000/- for Sr. No. 4–14
- Rs. 500/- for Sr. No. 15–16
- Fee must be deposited in favor of Punjab Higher Education Commission at The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6580045615700054, Branch Code 0320).
